PRIOR TO THE JOB

Recruitment process: We have a thorough recruitment process to find the right staff for our team. The criterias are listed in Become a Staff Member. We select the staff individually for each assignment based on their personality, skills and experience.

Training: Guidelines in customer approach and specific product training is important.

Briefing: The Job Info for each assignment provided by our project coordinators needs to be accurate and relevant in order for our staff to be well prepared for their assignments, including the expectations, targets, key sales points, campaign messages etc.


DURING THE JOB

Attitude: Our staff has a professional, pro-active and positive attitude.

Stand-by procedures: We have an absentee rate less than 1%.

Continuous assessment: Our staff members are assessed continuously and given additional training if required. We know that motivated staff delivers more for our clients.


AFTER THE JOB

Evaluation: Our staff is trained to report relevant facts to us in their feedback. Our evaluation of the promotion activities is important for our customers and we take great pride in providing thorough, relevant and constructive feedback to our customers.

All assignments are evaluated: Big or small. For campaigns running over a longer period a 3 phase evaluation process is applied to secure the best possible promotion.
